A series of small scale pieces using old Letraset rubdown lettering sheets as a photographic 'negative' to make cyanotype prints onto fabric. The abstract spaces left by the missing letters then act as the starting point for creating intersecting grids of machine embroidered stitching, inspired by traditional typographic borders and ornaments.
